2012 Rental rates from saturday 4PM to following saturday 10AM :
	1 week	For a 2 week rent
June, September, Easter, Christmas holidays	2 800 €	4 100 €

Other periods	2 200 €	3 100 €

For other periods and year 2013, please contact us for availability and prices.

Rates include : house cleaning during the week, water, pool maintenance, bed, bath and table linens for 10 persons (changed once a week on saturday)

Rates do not include : house cleaning at end of stay : 200 € (250 € if more than 4 children), electricity consumption, visitors’ tax
