2013 Rental rates for one week from saturday 5PM to following saturday 9.30AM :
	1 week	For a 2 week rent
March 30^th to June 1^st	4 500 €	20% discount on 2^nd week
June (June 1^st to June 29^th)	5 200 €	20% discount on 2^nd week
July & August (June 29^th to August 31^th)	7 000 €	10% discount on 2^nd week
September (August 31^th to 28^th)	5 200 €	20% discount on 2^nd week
September 28^th to November 2^th	4 500 €	20% discount on 2^nd week

For other periods and year 2014, please contact us for availability and prices.

Rates include : house cleaning during the week, water, pool maintenance, bed, bath and table linens for 20 persons (changed once a week on saturday)

Rates do not include : house cleaning at the end of stay : 425 € minimum (475 € if more than 4 children, 500 € if more than 8 children), electricity consumption (0,20 €/kWh), visitors’ tax (1,10 €/day/person more than 13 yo)
